Research Interests

My research focuses on the molecular and cytoskeletal mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases, with an emphasis on actin–microtubule crosstalk in neuronal and glial cells. I combine advanced live-cell and super-resolution microscopy with cellular and molecular approaches to investigate how cytoskeletal disorganization contributes to axonal degeneration and impaired neuroglial interactions
