Teaching Interests

My teaching interests include nursing leadership, organizational and systems management, strategic decision-making within complex healthcare environments and quality improvement. I am also focused on regulatory readiness, evidence-based practice, and advanced geriatric care-including care transitions, population health, and inter professional collaboration.

My research and clinical interests focus on falls prevention and management in older adults, along with strengthening workforce resiliency through strategies that enhance well-being, support professional sustainability and improve patient outcomes.
