Evidence-based practice, doctoral student project development, statistics, research methodology, population health, women's health, and quality improvement in nursing practice.
Research Interests
No current research activity. Interests include new graduate nurse transition to practice, nurse turnover, nurse retention, role of nurse leaders, organization investment in nursing professional development, and nurse preceptor training.
