Training Verifications

• Residency verification requests must be submitted to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Residency Program in writing. 
• Please include a signed verification release form from the resident/alumni. This must be completed before we can release the completed verification.

Verification services are rendered only after all required documentation is received by the Training Program for which training is being verified. 

Please allow 7-10 business days to complete and to return your verification request. If you have any questions or concerns about your verification request please contact Program.
