This is a six-course certificate program that is a collaborative effort among this
                     university, the University System of Georgia, and the University of Munich, Germany.
                     This program is open to all academic majors. For more information, please contact

This certificate must be taken in tandem with a formal degree program. Students from all academic majors are eligible to participate so long as they possess a minimum 2.75 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). A student may formally apply to enroll in the program after successful completion of the prerequisites.
This is a four-course (12 hour) certificate program for students who aspire to careers in medicine, dentistry, nursing, allied health
                        and as well as public administration or business, can complete this specialized training
                        certificate in the first two years of their degree program, prior to applying for internships, shadowing opportunities or focused programs, as well
                        as before sitting entrance exams. Our students and certificate graduates can feel
                        confident in their cultural diversity knowledge and skills and will be better prepared
                        to effectively and empathetically interact with others in the healthcare arena.

The Certificate of Less Than One Year in Legal Studies provides students with foundational
                     knowledge about the law and the legal profession and helps them develop the academic
                     and professional skills related to the practice of law, including the ability to think
                     logically, read critically, and write clearly and persuasively.

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership provides students with
                     the skills specific to the nonprofit sector. It is designed to allow students to develop
                     the necessary knowledge to manage and lead sustainable nonprofit organizations. The
                     certificate is directed at individuals in the nonprofit field who already have a bachelor
                     degree and are seeking to further their knowledge and abilities.
The certificate is a partnership between Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration programs. Currently, the certificate is reserved for students earning a degree in
                     either one of these programs.

Public planning and community development are  growing fields in the public sector.
                     The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Urban Planning and Community Development prepares
                     students for careers in public planning and development with state, regional, and
                     local governments. The certificate is directed at individuals working in public administration
                     who already have a bachelor’s degree and are seeking to further their knowledge and
                     abilities. By completing the certificate, students learn the following: theories and
                     practice of urban planning; land-use planning; zoning; economic development planning;
                     geographic information systems; and grant writing.
