Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» strives to keep our community safe with the most up-to-date information
that we can gather. That is why each student, faculty member, and employee is entered
into the automated alert system as part of the university's onboarding process. This
allows each member of the AU family to receive alerts about situations that could
affect your health and safety.
Update Your Contact Information
For the system to work effectively, accurate and up-to-date contact information must
be available. Update your contacts with a mobile number to receive text alerts in
an emergency.
Students
- Log into using your NetID.
- Select the "Personal Information" Tab at the top left of screen
- Review and update address, phone number and Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Alert contacts. Select
highlighted "Address" or "Phone" text to open
- After any changes make sure to click on SUBMIT.

Faculty and Staff
- Log into using your NetID.
- Click on "Personal Details"
- Click on "View Contact Details"
- Scroll to bottom and click the button "Update Contact Details"
- Review and update as needed. Click SAVE

While verifying your personal information is correct, make sure the field titled,
"SMS Phone", is populated with the correct number in order for you to receive emergency information
text messages.
Always ensure that your information is up to date. If we can't reach you, we can't alert you.
