Performance Evaluations for Executives, Managers, and Staff for the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 will be conducted in the new ePerformance module in OneUSG Connect. This will feature our brand-new performance evaluation forms in a dedicated electronic platform in OneUSG Connect. This electronic system streamlines the evaluation process, increases transparency, and empowers both managers and team members to focus on growth and development.

Faculty Evaluations
The Office of Faculty Affairs is responsible for the annual evaluation of faculty. Please visit their website for information regarding this process, including the faculty evaluation policy, form, calendar and, PACT instruction.
Executive Leadership Evaluations
To be completed for all President's Cabinet members only.
Manager Evaluations
To be completed for all Non-faculty employees that do not serve on President’s cabinet and supervise at least one other employee (not including student workers).
Staff Evaluations
To be completed for all classified staff that do not fall into the Executive Leadership or Manager categories.
