Award for Excellence in Teamwork

The Team Impact Award recognizes a high performing team who models open communication, trust, cooperation, and respect for differences by building effective and collaborative relationships to accomplish organizational goals. Teams nominated for this award demonstrate a commitment to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ by demonstrating one of the six core values and work effectively together to accomplish a task or meet a goal that helps the University be the best place to work, learn, and succeed.

A note to the nominator: Thank you for taking the time to recognize an outstanding team. Your thoughtful and detailed nomination is essential—committee members come from various areas across campus and may not personally know the nominated team. The more insight, examples, and context you can provide, the better the committee will understand the impact of your nominee’s contributions. Thank you for helping us honor excellence!

Eligibility

• A team consists of at least 3 full time staff members in good performance standing
• Members of the nominated teams cannot be members of the current award selection committee
• Eligible contributions must have occurred during the most recently completed fiscal year (FY 2025)
